Chairman
Sattar Kassim has over 30 years of experience managing organisations both locally and overseas. In addition to Aberdeen Holdings, He also serves as the Chairman of Bio Extracts & Expack Corrugated Cartons PLC, and as a Non-Executive Director of Vidullanka PLC.
Founder-Group Director
Farook Kassim is an experienced international entrepreneur. He heads AL- Bohari Holdings, an investment firm based in Dubai, UAE. He is also the Founding-Chairman of the Sri Lankan Business Council in Dubai, Chairman of the Dubai Foodstuff Group under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member of AL Baraka Bank in South Africa.

Shafik Kassim serves as the Managing Director of Fits Aviation and HiEnergy Services. He is well known for his exceptional business acumen and strong negotiating skills, as well as his expertise in international trading.
Deputy Chairman
Hassan Kassim joined Aberdeen as a Director and the Group’s Chief Operating Officer in 2017. In addition to his position as Deputy Chairman of Aberdeen Holdings, he is also the Founder/Director of Expo Commodities Global and the Managing Director of Amana Takaful Insurance.

Hiran Embuldeniya is an experienced individual who worked with Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. He has been a consultant to CEOs of many leading banks & industrial companies in Europe and the Middle East on building corporate strategies. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

Zulificar Ghouse is an individual with extensive experience in organizational management. He also serves as the Executive Director of Expack Corrugated Cartons PLC. He is also a former Vice President of the International Chamber of Commerce, and a Founder-committee member of the Philippines-Sri Lanka Business Council.

Abdullah Kassim is a results-oriented professional with experience in senior management, specializing in Business Process Re-Engineering, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, and General Management. He was also instrumental in the revitalization of Sri Lanka-based recyclers Neptune Papers, which saw a complete turnaround upon his takeover.

Ammar Kassim, in addition to his position at Aberdeen Holdings, Ammar serves as the Director at Fits Aviation, Fits Express, and FITS Retail; organizations that continue to be leading players in their respective industries. Ammar Kassim is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Amana Takaful Life PLC.
